Promotion Terms and Conditions “See More, Pay Less – 20% Discount on the Second Ticket to Art Box Metaverse”

§1
General Provisions

1. The organizer of the promotion is Art Box Metaverse.
2. The promotion is valid from April 22, 2026, until revoked or until the pool of promotional tickets is exhausted.
3. The promotion is conducted within the territory of the Republic of Poland.

§2
Promotion Rules

1. Each participant who purchases a ticket for “Gladiator” or “Titanic – Echoes of the Past” shall receive a discount code entitling them to purchase a second ticket with a 20% discount.
2. The discount code:
   • is generated automatically after the ticket purchase,
   • is included directly on the purchased ticket,
   • entitles the holder to purchase a ticket for the second show included in the promotion.
3. The discount code may be used:
   • on the same day as the purchase of the first ticket, or
   • on another date selected by the participant, subject to show availability.

§3
Conditions for Using the Discount Code

1. The discount code:
   • is single-use,
   • cannot be exchanged for cash,
   • cannot be combined with other promotions unless the organizer decides otherwise.
2. The code must be entered during the reservation or purchase process for the second event.
3. The promotion applies exclusively to tickets purchased through the organizer’s official sales channels.

§4
Description of Events Included in the Promotion

1. “Gladiator” – an immersive experience transporting viewers to ancient Rome, showcasing spectacular battles and compelling stories.
2. “Titanic – Echoes of the Past” – an immersive narrative presenting the story of the legendary transatlantic liner, combining elements of luxury, dreams, and dramatic events.

§5
Complaints

1. Any complaints related to the promotion should be submitted to the organizer in written or electronic form.
2. Complaints will be reviewed within 14 days from the date of receipt.

§6
Final Provisions

1. The organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions during the promotion period, provided that such changes do not infringe upon acquired rights of participants.
2. These Terms and Conditions are available on the organizer’s website.
3. Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
